First step to start doing livestreams: Get an account with 1k followers, you can just buy one for like 7$ but if you want to grow manually you can upload aesthetic videos (go on pinterest, search something like frutiger aero, y2k and put some nostalgic music, people like that a lot. Liminal spaces, nintendo games from the wii era, etc, also work really well) WARNING: DON'T BUY FOLLOWERS OR USE ANY KIND OF BOTS!! Talking from experience, you will get yourself shadow banned... Second step is to download tiktok live studio and tikfinity (optional but highly recommended) The way to get a ton of viewers and gifts is by making the stream ⋆⭒˚.⋆ I N T E R A C T A B L E ⋆⭒˚.⋆ since tiktok users like that kind of stimulating content and we can't really judge them at this point... You most likely already noticed how livestreams work there, most of them are interactable minecraft/gta lives where the viewers donate just to mess your game up (how cruel). Don't forget to add like a "menu" with the gifts the viewers can donate to either help you or make your life harder. For that you can use any image editor like picsart and search the gifts you already choose on tikfinity with the respective action. I highly recommend making the livestreams as lively as possible and what i mean by that is actually talking and interacting with the viewers, if possible scream, trust me it works... Basically, try making it human just like a twitch stream while also stimulating them. Creating a fanbase is useful and fun, if you get big enough you can earn money with promos or anything really.
