you can run blender on low end pc by just installing ubuntu OS if u are windows user , you can use AOMEI partition assistant to make a separate partition for your linux but i prefer ubuntu. so install the ubuntu OS from here https://ubuntu.com/ download the latest version ,then download this https://rufus.ie/en/ make ur usb and boot and install it and install the following version of blender https://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.81/
